The processing time may expend up to 30 days over these two periods:

  • From Black Friday to Jan. 1st – due to an increased number of orders.
  • End of July to end of August – because most French suppliers are closed.

All shipping fees include a tracking number and insurance for a safer delivery.
Unless otherwise mentioned.

◇ VINTAGE & ANTIQUES ◇
Shipping for these is tracked but, unless mentioned otherwise, does not include an insurance.
If you wish to add one, simply contact me for a quote before placing your order.

◇ FLAT RATE ◇
Fees are flat rate and there are no added fees for additional pieces.

◇ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES ◇

  • Jewels: 13 €
  • Bigger boxes: 16 € (Magick kits & Ceremonial Cords)

◇ FRANCE SHIPPING FEES ◇

  • Jewels: 9.00 €
  • Bigger boxes: 11.00 € (Magick kits & Ceremonial Cords)

◇ FOR PARISIANS ◇
“In person” meetings are possible at Gare de l’Est. Simply contact me before placing your order and we’ll organise a rendez-vous.

◇ PACKAGING ◇
All items are sent well protected in a sturdy cardboard box, packed in a recycled & recyclable padded envelope.

◇ SHIPPING ADDRESS ◇
Please ensure to enter the right address when you order, as parcels are always shipped to the address given by the customer during purchase.

◇ CUSTOMS FORM ◇
The actual value of the product will always be listed on the customs form (if the destination country requires one). The price will not be altered in any way nor will it be passed as a gift, as this is against the law.

◇ CUSTOM TAXES ◇
International buyers are responsible for any custom charges (be sure to check with your customs before purchasing).

◇ DAMAGES & LOSSES ◇
Once they have been shipped, we couldn’t be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once they are handed out to the Post Office, they become their responsibility.

Your personal address and phone number will only be used to process your order.

After purchase, you will be kept informed via e-mail. Please, ensure to provide an e-mail address that you check regularly.
You will receive a photograph of the finished piece.s (in case of a custom order). Then the tracking details of your order.

Your e-mail will then be added to the Newsletter list of recipients. I do not send more than four per year.
If you are not interested, simply let me know via e-mail. You will also have the option to un-subscribe directly on the Newsletter.

R E T U R N S   &   E X C H A N G E S –

If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us upon reception.
According to the French law for online shopping, you have seven days after reception to send the item back.

If exchange has been agreed on, the item should be sent back wrapped-up, packed and protected as it was sent initially.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

◇ NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS ◇
Please be aware that we cannot refund:

  • custom and/or bespoke jewels or kits
  • jewels or kits crafted upon order
  • earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • on-sale items

◇ DAMAGES & LOSSES ◇
And, as stated in the shipping policies, note that we couldn’t be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
